Great value for money, central location, clean room, lovely staff, good amenities, nice breakfast.
Nothing that I didn't like.

Perfect location - you can reach most of the favorite places (Tour Effeil, Louvre, Orsay) on feet.
Small and dark room, I wanted to change to a better one they say ok and when I came the next day the room wasn't available the reason was " you should be here at 7 o'clock a.m. to have this room"

I recently had a lovely stay at a hotel in Paris. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better, as it was just a few steps away from the iconic Madeleine church and close to convenient Metro stations. The hotel was situated near some of the best stores in Paris, which was perfect for a bit of shopping. Despite being in the heart of the city, I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet my room was. I slept with the windows open and heard no noise at all. The room itself was great, with comfortable beds and a spacious, modern bathroom. I also enjoyed having breakfast in the charming French-style cellar.
Everything was just fine, with no notable issues to mention.

Our stay at the hotel was just excellent. The hotel is quiet, very well situated in the city centre. The room and the breakfast were good enough and did not give rise to compliants.
The only shortcoming I would like to mention, is the limited access to internet - I had no my notebook with me, and in the reception hall there was only one PC with access to internet. Obviously, this one was almost always busy...

Stayed here for Easter and we loved it! Great location close to everything. The staff were very friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The room was comfortable and clean, with great amenities and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of variety.
That the Wi-Fi wasn't the best, but we were out and about exploring Paris most of the time so it wasn't a huge issue. The elevators were a bit small but worked just fine.

The room was warm and comfortable, and the interior decor had a definite french rustic charm. Breakfast was reasonably good for a Paris hotel, but as usual very expensive.
The bathroom needed a good clean (unpleasant aroma) and the 'gym' was an absolute joke. Three machines, all of which didn't work, and there were no weights. This was inexcusable as there was plenty room in the gym.

We liked the fact that the hotel is very traditional in decor and design. We particularly liked its central location.
The lighting levels in the room were quite low and there was no bedside lamp provided for the additional bed.

Perfect location near a popular attraction and metro station. Clean and comfortable room.- Friendly and helpful staff
Limited natural light in the room. Small double bed.

Being in a excellent location to Champs l'Eysee and shopping.
The fact that our door was secure, but not to my standards (could have been better for piece of mind). The lighting in the room and near the bathroom mirror was poor. Gym equip was usable, but old (cheap) and need of work. Had breakfast once (expensive for what was offered), only because service for adding more eggs and meat was too slow.

Hotel's location is outstanding. Only a few steps to Madeleine Metro, Very calm road, with almost any traffic, surprising for a city center location. Some hotel staff very reactive.
Understand that not everyone likes the typical Manoir style. Somehow I like it. However it is really a shame that the facilities are getting very old and used. We booked a discounted rate via booking so it was acceptable and fine for us during this trip. I would have reacted differently if I would have paid the normal rate!

The location is the only good thing to say about this very tired run down property.
There is absolutely no justification for labeling this a 4 star hotel.
Tourists from India often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
